Job summary

Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd (ALS) is seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to join our brand-new Smithfield Laboratory in Sydney. You will deliver technical and analytical guidance to clients and manage project communication to ensure timely delivery.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM, and emphasizes client relationships and accurate project coordination. The position requires proactive service orientation, strong organisation, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

Experience in providing client-focused technical guidance.
Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing timely responses, follow-up and technical guidance, including method selection.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are communicated, prioritised and delivered accurately and on time.
Prepare quotations, tenders, expressions of interest, monthly service reports, quality plans, project information sheets and work instructions.
Promote ALS services through client engagement, site visits, conferences, trade exhibitions and marketing activities.
