Job summary

ALS Environmental is seeking a full-time Client Services Officer to join our team at the brand-new Smithfield Laboratory. We work closely with clients to provide quality technical and analytical advice and facilitate project delivery through effective communication and project management.

Qualifications

Organised with strong multitasking to handle competing priorities.
Professional, front-facing demeanor in client interactions.
Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM applications.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Prepare quotations, tenders, expressions of interest, monthly service reports and work instructions.
Promote ALS services through client engagement, site visits and events.
Coordinate client and project requirements including sample pickups and invoicing.
