Job summary

What’s Buggin You, The Termite & Pest Control Specialists, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our head office in Park Ridge South. You will be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating and scheduling work, liaising with technicians and handling calls in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this full-time role emphasizes attention to detail, multi-tasking, and excellent communication within a small team. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule and track work for technicians using the CRM Mira.
• Process accounts payable/receivable tasks and invoicing via the CRM.
• Handle high volumes of calls and coordinate with clients and team members.
• Liaise with clients to understand service requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors to schedule service work.
