Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Client Services Officer in Coffs Harbour to provide administration and client service support within a busy engineering department. The role is hands-on, coordinating projects and liaising with clients and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Experience in engineering, construction, utilities or similar environments is valued, with strong administration and customer service as a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or coordination role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Set up and maintain project tracking using SimPRO.
• Coordinate network applications and approvals with Essential Energy.
• Prepare quotes, fee proposals, purchase orders and project documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, receivables and job costing.
• Manage the shared inbox, document control and general administrative tasks.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of projects.
