Chandler Macleod in Raymond Terrace is seeking a Communications Project Officer to provide high-level administrative and project support within the Communications & Customer Experience team. The role supports daily operations, coordinates projects, and assists with reporting and documentation across the section.

This temporary opportunity runs through February 2027, with both full-time (35 hours per week) and part-time options considered.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Administration, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Professional approach with a strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Communications & Customer Experience Section Manager and Section Coordinators.
• Manage diaries, business papers, reporting requirements and key administrative functions.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up action items.
• Coordinate projects across the section, maintaining project plans, systems and key documentation.
• Assist with the collection and compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting data.
• Support section administration and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of team objectives.
