Job summary

Churches of Christ in Queensland's Kenmore, QLD office is seeking a Client Services Officer to support the Home Assist Secure team. You will handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails, helping clients to remain living independently while maintaining accurate records and contributing to compliance reporting.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy customer-service environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience in high-volume call taking is highly regarded.
• Ability to receive client feedback and resolve issues where appropriate.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and client enquiries.
• Understand and action a diverse range of client requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive client feedback and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain records in line with accreditation standards and support reporting.
• Handle client, contractor and staff enquiries, referrals, bookings and cancellations.
