Job summary

Churches of Christ in Queensland – Bribie Island North QLD is seeking an Assistant Housing Officer to join our Housing Programs team. You will provide administrative and frontline support across tenancy and property management, serving as the first contact for clients and helping navigate housing options to achieve positive tenancy outcomes.

At Churches of Christ, we have been supporting communities for more than 130 years. We are seeking a compassionate and organised Assistant Housing Officer to join our Housing Programs team and help deliver quality housing services to tenants across the community.

About the role:

As an integral member of our team, you’ll provide administrative and frontline support across tenancy and property management services. You’ll be the first point of contact for many clients, helping them navigate housing options while supporting positive tenancy outcomes.

• Responding to tenant, property and housing enquiries

What you’ll bring to our team:

Desirable skills and experience:

• A Certificate IV in Social Housing (or equivalent experience) and knowledge of tenancy legislation will be highly regarded.
