Homestyle Aged Care group in Victoria is seeking a Client Services Officer (East) to support prospective residents and families through the aged care journey. The role blends customer service, admissions, relationship management, and occupancy support across our eastern region homes.

You will conduct tours, handle enquiries, prepare admission agreements, and build referrer relationships while working toward targets and KPIs.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, sales, or admissions ideally within aged care, healthcare or related industry.
• Sales experience including working to budgets and targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and customer management systems.

Join Homestyle Aged Care as our Client Services Officer (East) and help prospective residents and their families navigate the aged care journey. This varied role combines customer service, admissions, relationship management, administration and occupancy support across our five eastern region homes across (Berwick, Cranbourne, Bayswater and Rowville). You will conduct tours, manage enquiries, prepare admission agreements and develop strong referrer relationships within the community. If you are a motivated and people-focused professional with experience working to targets and KPIs, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a 5-month maximum-term contract from mid-November 2026 to mid-April 2027.
