Homestyle Aged Care group is seeking a Property Manager to lead property, maintenance and asset management across Melbourne and Geelong aged care homes. You will manage a team of ten Maintenance Officers and oversee preventive maintenance, compliance and budgets to keep our homes safe and welcoming for residents, families and staff.

Based at Bentleigh with regular site travel, this full-time role requires a building trade qualification or demonstrated building industry experience, strong project

Reporting to the General Manager of Infrastructure, the Property Manager leads the delivery of property, maintenance and asset management services across Homestyle's residential aged care homes. Managing a team of ten Maintenance Officers, you will oversee preventative maintenance programs, Essential Services compliance, contractor and supplier performance, capital works and maintenance budgets, ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant and welcoming environments for residents, families and staff.

This is a full-time position based at our Support Office in Bentleigh with regular travel to our residential aged care homes across Melbourne and Geelong.
