Estia Health is seeking an organized receptionist/administration support to join our NSW team in Dalmeny. You will manage the front desk, answer calls and emails, and provide friendly, professional service to residents and families.
You will lead by example, support staff, and assist with ordering supplies and paperwork. Strong communication, computer skills, and a genuine desire to help others are essential in a fast-paced aged care environment.
At Estia Health, we’re more than just a workplace: we’re a community dedicated to enriching lives and making a difference. If you’re passionate about aged care and want to be part of something meaningful, then we want to hear from you.

With 96 homes (and growing), across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, you will play a part in positively impacting the lives of our residents and their families.
You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer.
As one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of providing high quality person centred aged care and services.
