Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring, patient people to join our aged care homes across Australia. You will help residents with daily living, assist with activities, and work with a supportive team to ensure comfort and safety.

We value compassionate communication, documentation, and teamwork. Training and ongoing support are provided to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is essential.
• Prior experience as a caregiver or in similar aged care roles preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and comfort.
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside care team.
• Encourage activity to keep bodies and minds engaged.
• Help monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments as directed.
• Provide companionship and uphold residents’ privacy and dignity.
