Job summary

Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking a Client Services Officer, Level 1, to deliver front-line customer service across Latrobe Valley sites. The role is part-time (4 days per week, 64 hours per fortnight) with rotating after-hours shifts on Wednesdays, and is a permanent position.

You will be part of a not-for-profit health care provider focused on giving back to the community, with opportunities for personal and professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Year 12 VCE completion or equivalent; Certificate III/IV in Business Administration preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the service delivery area; hours 8am–6pm Mon–Fri.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence and Working with Children check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to clients and visitors.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry.
• Coordinate services across Latrobe Valley sites and teams.
• Resolve client inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

As a Client Services Officer, your role will include a wide variety of responsibilities and continual challenges to resolve for our clients. Your capabilities will be pushed and developed, providing stimulation, professional learning and personal growth. The complexity in our operations and people, our geographical spread and our growth add complexity and variety to the Client Services role.

To be successful, you will require;

• Year 12 VCE completion or equivalent and/or Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or a post-secondary qualification in a related discipline or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to travel across the service delivery area, working between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
• Current Victorian Driver License and working with children check will be required for this role.
• This position is classified as a Health Care Worker B. Evidence of immunisation history must be provided prior to confirmed appointment.
