What you’ll be doing in this role?

As a casual administration officer you will be supporting the allied health and nursing staff to deliver high quality services to children.

Located in Churchill, Casual

Your Work Will Include

• Scheduling client appointments
• Answering incoming telephone enquiries
• Taking minutes at meetings
• Ordering supplies
• Other general administration tasks

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in administration roles
• Ability to work across multiple IT programs
• A current Victorian Drivers Licence
• A current Working with Children Check (Employee)

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a customer focused environment
• Experience working with Microsoft office products
• Proven experience utilising other IT platforms
• Being able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• The ability to manage competing priorities
