Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Client Service Manager to drive admissions, occupancy and RAD sales across our Queensland network. You will conduct tours, negotiate with families, and prepare Resident Agreements while collaborating with Residence Managers and other stakeholders.

You will have a solid background in sales or customer service, a current Police Clearance, and a passion for elder care. You will also maintain Salesforce CRM records and report activities to the State Manager – Client

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales (and/or) Customer Service position.
• Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care.
• A broad understanding of issues experienced by the elder community.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Sound organisation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential tours as required.
• Be prepared to have a primary location/focus dependent upon market forces.
• Negotiate with families to achieve favourable financial outcomes for Arcare.
• Prepare Resident Agreements prior to admission.
• Liaise with the Residence Managers and relevant key personnel regarding admissions and presentation standards.
• Build relationships with hospitals, social workers, and placement agencies.
• Engage with the local community through presentations to local organizations.
• Follow up all enquiries to ensure satisfactory outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Update Salesforce CRM with new data and activities.
• Timely and accurate reporting to the Queensland State Manager - Client Services.
