Job summary

Homestyle Aged Care group is seeking a Client Services Officer (East) to assist prospective residents and families through the aged care journey. The role combines customer service, admissions, relationship management, administration and occupancy support across our eastern region homes.

You will conduct tours, handle enquiries, prepare admission agreements and build strong referrer networks while working toward targets and KPIs in a collaborative, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or admissions ideally within aged care, healthcare or related industry.
• Sales experience including working to budgets and targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Manage enquiries and guide applicants through the admissions process.
• Prepare admission agreements and occupancy documentation.
• Develop and maintain referrer relationships within the community.
• Support occupancy targets and perform general administration tasks.
