Qualifications

• Experience in regional support management within aged care or human services.
• Current AHPRA registration and regulatory awareness.
• Proven ability to lead multiple managers and drive performance.
• Strong budgeting, service delivery, and facility maintenance exposure.
• Project management experience and ability to implement improvements.
• Solid understanding of aged care legislation and requirements.
• Excellent guidance to empower teams and promote accountability.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated financial accountability and decision making.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commitment to leadership, collaboration, and staff development.
• Proficiency with MS Office and a current Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support Residence Managers across NSW/ACT to ensure compliance and performance.
• Drive regional people development objectives and organisational initiatives.
• Assist Residence Managers to improve operational and business outcomes.
• Travel across Arcare NSW and ACT residences to provide on-site support.
