Job summary

Certis Security Australia is seeking a Client Services Manager to deliver high-quality security services across a portfolio of clients. You will lead frontline teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with contractual requirements.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate staffing, monitor KPIs and drive opportunities to enhance services, supporting client retention and business performance.

Qualifications

• Current Security Licence and valid Driver’s Licence are essential.
• Proven security operations experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills for long-term relationships.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop frontline teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and upskill site supervisors and security officers across your portfolio.
• Ensure services meet contract KPIs, SLAs and operational requirements.
• Manage client feedback, incidents and complaints with corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources with internal teams for staffing continuity.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and grow client accounts.
• Maintain site procedures and ensure governance and audit compliance.
• Conduct site and compliance visits to monitor safety and quality.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and WHS/HSE obligations.
