This role entails building strong client relationships, management of inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Qualifikationen

• 3 years+ experience in client service environments.
• Proven experience managing and coaching diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with process improvement is a plus.
• Fluency in another language is desirable.
