Job summary

PERSOL Australia is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our growing operations team based in Moorebank, NSW. This role offers the chance to work with a global logistics leader that embraces technology, AI-driven tools, and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate international import and export movements, manage bookings, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
• Prepare and process freight documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor shipment progress and manage delays or issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and regular shipment updates.
• Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
