Job summary

Palloys, part of the Pallion Group, seeks a Client Services Executive for our Melbourne showroom. You will be the first contact for customers, handling service, sales administration, order management and dispatch duties.

Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll deliver exceptional service across face-to-face, phone, and email channels while supporting daily client services operations and stock control. Experience in jewellery or precious metals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales or customer service environment.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service face-to-face, by phone and email.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
• Process payments, invoices and dispatch documentation.
• Pick, pack and quality check customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes.
• Provide jewellery product guidance and direct enquiries as required.
• Support day-to-day operations of the client services team.
• Complete general administration and office duties.

Operating across Australia, Hong Kong and mainland China, we provide a wide range of services including jewellery manufacturing, refining, bullion, fabricated metals, findings and vaulting.

We are seeking a customer-focused Client Services Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on, showroom-based role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while supporting sales administration, order management and dispatch activities.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with Palloys.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing professional customer service face-to-face, by phone and via email.
• Managing customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
• Processing payments, invoices and dispatch documentation.
• Picking, packing and quality checking customer orders.
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stocktakes.
• Providing general jewellery product guidance and directing enquiries where required.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the client services team.
• Completing general administration and office duties.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Jewellery industry experience or knowledge of precious metals (highly regarded but not essential).
