Dovida is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Scoresby team. You will coordinate caregiver rostering, manage daily scheduling, and liaise with clients and staff to ensure smooth service delivery in a full-time, on-site role.

Applicants should have experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably in aged care, and be proficient with MS Office and scheduling systems (e.g., AlayaCare). A calm, client-focused communicator will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience rostering/scheduling – aged care experience is desired.
• Knowledge of the SCHADS award is desirable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating caregiver rosters to ensure clients receive the support they need.
• Managing last-minute changes and covering shifts to keep services running smoothly.
• Staying connected with caregivers and clients, building strong relationships and providing great support.
• Using scheduling technology (AlayaCare) to organise services efficiently and accurately.
