Job summary

Uplift Recruitment Pty in Wollongong is seeking a Client Experience Consultant who loves talking with people and creating memorable experiences. You’ll spend much of your day on the phone, checking in with clients, following up enquiries and applications, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll build rapport, listen carefully, and keep records organized while supporting a friendly, proactive team to deliver a personal, attentive client journey across a growing national business.

Qualifications

• You genuinely enjoy speaking with people and making their experience great.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or similar roles is valued.
• Strong communication and empathy help you build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to clients who have enquired or started the process.
• Follow up applications and information, explaining what happens next.
• Check that clients have received communications and answer questions.
