Qualifications

• Experience in custody and fund accounting environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver valued services to clients and offer State Street’s full range of services as needs evolve.
• Manage activities in servicing client relationships and operations; respond to escalated issues and communicate resolutions.
• Monitor metrics around inquiries and elevate unresolved issues to senior management as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve client issues and deliver high-quality services.
• Promote a collaborative cross-business and jurisdiction environment to foster change and innovation.
• Drive projects and continuous evaluation to improve client service and reduce risk.
