Job Details

• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Pay: $37.50 p/hr
• Start immediately

Role Description

• Respond to phone, email, and in‑person customer enquiries
• Accurate order entry, purchase orders and data processing
• Provide sales and administrative support for the external sales team
• Assist walk‑in customers at the trade counter
• Ensure high level customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow‑up

Success Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service/internal sales role
• Thrives in a responsive, team‑oriented environment with strong attention to detail
• Positive, can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy including MS Office (Excel); ERP system SAP experience is an advantage
• Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and meet deadlines
• Driver licence and own transport
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Preferred salary: $89,000 – $95,000 per annum (varies by grade)
