Truist in Brisbane is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver an industry-leading client service experience in person and over the phone while expanding client relationships. You will offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to partners, with cross-training to perform teller duties as needed.

The role emphasizes sales targets, product knowledge, and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including background checks and regulatory requirements
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and may involve weekends/overnights

Responsibilities
