We're a digital business focused on helping brands turn online traffic into measurable growth. Combining performance marketing, paid media and conversion rate optimisation, we work with established businesses to improve their digital performance and maximise the return on their marketing investment.
Our growth comes from building strong client partnerships, delivering meaningful results and continually finding new opportunities to add value. We're looking for an Account Manager who can take ownership of existing relationships, understand what clients need to achieve and connect them with the right digital solutions to drive long-term growth.
This is a client-facing role for someone who understands the digital marketing landscape and knows how to build, manage and grow valuable client relationships.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring clients receive a high level of service, strategic guidance and commercial value. Working closely with paid media, CRO, creative, data and development specialists, you’ll coordinate activity, manage deliverables and keep projects moving, ensuring the right work gets delivered on time and in line with client objectives.
You’ll need to understand the bigger picture behind each account, from campaign performance and media spend through to website conversion, customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll be comfortable discussing results, presenting insights and recommendations, managing expectations and translating complex performance data into clear, commercially relevant conversations.
A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Whether that’s expanding paid media activity, introducing CRO initiatives or recommending additional digital services, you’ll recognise where clients can achieve more and confidently turn those opportunities into increased revenue and deeper partnerships.
