Job summary

Frontier Advisors is seeking a Client Onboarding & Service Manager in Melbourne to coordinate onboarding, implementation and ongoing servicing for investment clients. You will act as the conductor across stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and timely deliverables while partnering with internal teams and external providers.

The role centers on creating a coordinated onboarding experience and providing continued operational support to maintain client satisfaction across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating onboarding, implementation or operational service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments.
• Confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating external providers such as custodians, trustees or investment managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding programs for new ICIO clients.
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans, milestones, risk registers and action trackers.
• Coordinate activities across Frontier teams, clients, custodians, trustees, investment managers and other service providers.
• Ensure onboarding deliverables are completed on time and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
• Monitor service levels, operational commitments and provider deliverables.
• Coordinate responses to client operational enquiries and issues.
• Manage information flow, ownership and escalation across multiple workstreams.
• Support seamless transitions from implementation into ongoing servicing.
