Job summary

Frontier Advisors is seeking an Investment Operations - Investment Implementation Specialist to support the Investment Operations team with a focus on client onboarding and implementation activities.

The role involves leading onboarding, coordinating due diligence, ensuring investment execution coverage, and owning end-to-end delivery of Investment Operations tasks, while serving as a senior execution point for the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with operational due diligence.
• Significant experience in investment or fund operations.
• Experience in superannuation, investment management, custody or platform businesses.
• Strong judgement and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable mindset with excellent influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client onboarding and transition activities with custodians, investment managers and service providers.
• Coordinate operational due diligence with internal and external parties.
• Investment execution and operational coverage.
• Own end-to-end delivery of defined Investment Operations activities.
• Act as a senior point of execution and judgement for Investment Operations.
