Job summary

Frontier Advisors is seeking a Client Onboarding & Service Manager to coordinate onboarding, implementation and ongoing servicing for our investment clients. This role acts as the conductor across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and timely commitments.

You will create a coordinated onboarding experience for new clients and provide ongoing operational support after implementation, partnering with internal teams, clients and external service providers to deliver a seamless

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating onboarding, implementation or operational service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies and timelines.
• Excellent communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments.
• Experience engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating external providers such as custodians, trustees or investment managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding programs for new ICIO clients.
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans, milestones, risk registers and action trackers.
• Coordinate activities across Frontier teams, clients, custodians, trustees, investment managers and other service providers.
• Ensure onboarding deliverables are completed on time and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
• Monitor service levels, operational commitments and provider deliverables.
• Coordinate responses to client operational enquiries and issues.
• Manage information flow, ownership and escalation across multiple workstreams.
• Support seamless transitions from implementation into ongoing servicing.
