Job summary

Intertek SAI Global is seeking a Client Manager – Building Products Certification to join our Product Services team in Australia. You will certify products, conduct technical assessments, audits and manage client relationships across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work with manufacturers, laboratories and regulators to ensure NCC, BCA and AS/AS/NZS compliance, review technical docs, coordinate projects, and travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Materials Science or related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Experience in building product testing, compliance, certification, manufacturing, engineering design, quality assurance or technical assessment.
• Sound understanding of Australian building regulatory requirements incl. NCC, BCA and AS/AS/NZS.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation to determine compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product certification audits, technical evaluations and compliance assessments.
• Review product specifications, engineering reports and test results to assess compliance.
• Coordinate certification projects and audits to meet agreed timeframes and standards.
• Manage client relationships, providing technical guidance and certification support.
