Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Building Certifier to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. You will assess building plans, documentation and construction work to ensure compliance with building legislation, codes and standards, while collaborating with clients, builders, designers and other consultants.

Your role includes conducting inspections, issuing approvals and certificates, and providing clear guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant qualifications in building surveying or building certification.
• Strong knowledge of NCC and applicable building legislation and standards.
• Appropriate certifier registration/licensing for the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
