Gallagher is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support and service a portfolio of SME and micro businesses, collaborating with experienced brokers and account executives. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base and a pathway into account management and broking roles.

Based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast offices, the role emphasizes relationship building, client service excellence and ongoing insurance knowledge development.

About the Role

As an Internal Account Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting and servicing a portfolio of SME & micro businesses while working closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives. You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base and develop your technical insurance knowledge while contributing to client retention, growth and service excellence.

Role can be based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of SME & micro business clients
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records
