Gallagher in Australia is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support and service a portfolio of SME and micro businesses. You’ll work closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives to grow client retention and drive service excellence across the portfolio.

Based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast, the role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to advance within our broking and account management teams. A client‑facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance, financial services or a client facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• A desire to build a long term career in insurance and risk management.

About The Role

As an Internal Account Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting and servicing a portfolio of SME & micro businesses while working closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives. You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base and develop your technical insurance knowledge while contributing to client retention, growth and service excellence. Role can be based in Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office.
