Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Client Liaison Consultant to bridge clients and the construction team for single and double storey homes. You will ensure clear communication and coordination from initial consultation to project completion.

You will be the primary contact for clients, updating them on build progress and working closely with sales, design, and construction to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1+ years of relevant residential building industry experience.
• Candidates from building suppliers or commercial contractor backgrounds are considered.
• Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide project updates.
• Coordinate between clients and the construction team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
