Job summary

Unisson Disability is seeking a Client Liaison Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave cover. The role supports clients to renew their Service Agreements and Schedules of Support, ensuring services align with funding and client needs while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Duties include reviewing NDIS plans, coordinating renewal meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will support continuous improvement and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain respectful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Great written and verbal communication, able to explain complex information and negotiate outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; sound understanding of NDIS funding, service agreements, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to review ongoing support needs and ensure services align with funding.
• Review NDIS plans and budgets to confirm service availability and alignment with funding.
• Coordinate and lead service renewal meetings to finalize Schedules of Support and Service Agreements.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Client Liaison Coordinator to support clients to renew their Service Agreements and Schedules of Support. This role ensures services align with the client’s needs and available funding. The Client Liaison Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Great communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly, build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and negotiate outcomes that balance client needs with available resources.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Sound understanding of NDIS funding, service agreements, and pricing arrangements.

• Experience working within the disability or community services sector (minimum 2 years preferred).
