Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Support Coordinator to assist participants with decision making and accessing supports under the NDIS.
You will be based across North Parramatta, Leichhardt and Campbelltown sites with hybrid work options and strong focus on participant-centred planning.

About the Opportunity
Employment Type: Full-time, 12-month contract, working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday, with the potential for ongoing employment, subject to business needsFlexibility: Hybrid work from home 2 days per week and 3 days in the officeLocation: Work across our North Parramatta, Leichhardt or Campbelltown sites as required from the office closest to your clientsPay: Starting from SCHADS Level 4.1, $46.70 per hour + Super, plus salary packaging of up to $18,550 (less tax)
