Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting service requirements, presenting accurate estimates, scheduling, and coordinating with technicians to deliver smooth service and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
