Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Technical Support & Customer Service Consultant to join our client’s team in Sydney, onsite at construction sites. You will provide technical support, troubleshooting, system assistance, and client service across projects.
The role emphasizes proactive customer service, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration with site teams and installers. Training will be provided on access control technology and related systems.
Qualifications

- Willingness to travel to construction sites.

- Able to troubleshoot basic technical, mechanical and system issues.
- Comfortable working with clients and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and customer support for access control systems.
- Troubleshoot basic technical, mechanical, and system issues.
- Assist with onsite testing, commissioning, handovers, and client training.
- Support clients, contractors, electricians, and site teams with technical queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and installers to resolve issues.
- Use HammerTech, Monday.com, and HubSpot for communication and support.
- Perform basic hands-on technical tasks and adjustments.
