Job summary

Pello Property in Sydney's North is seeking a Client Service Manager who is polished, proactive and instinctively knows what an exceptional client experience looks like. You'll be the key contact for clients across a high-performing sales team, coordinating campaigns and communications from listing through to settlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate in a client service, sales support or sales administration role.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
• Immaculate personal presentation and a confident, polished manner.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors and conveyancers throughout each campaign.
• Handling all client communication with discretion, warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns end-to-end, including styling, photography, floorplans, advertising bookings and digital launches.
• Managing contracts, compliance and documentation with accuracy and urgency.
• Keeping clients updated on campaign milestones, enquiry, inspections and results.
• Working with our offshore support team to keep administration running smoothly.
• Liaising with Pello's internal marketing, finance and operations teams.
• Looking for ways to keep improving the client experience, in line with Pello's commitment to doing things better.
