Pello Property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management team in Sydney’s North. You will work with skilled professionals across sales and property management, in a collaborative environment supported by a dedicated back-office team and ongoing training behind you.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a property management role.
• Strong organisational skills and the flexibility to manage a diverse range of tasks.

• An openness to ongoing training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords through regular, proactive communication.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs to keep properties in optimal condition.
• Conducting routine inspections and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
• Carrying out rent reviews and managing rent arrears.
• Completing and lodging bond lodgements, claims and transfers.

We want someone organised, proactive and driven, with a solid property management background and the ambition to keep growing. You’ll work with highly skilled professionals across sales and property management in a team that works as one. You’ll also have strong systems, a dedicated back-office team and ongoing training behind you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords through regular, proactive communication

Coordinating maintenance and repairs to keep properties in optimal condition

Conducting routine inspections and ensuring compliance with current legislation

Carrying out rent reviews and managing rent arrears

Completing and lodging bond lodgements, claims and transfers
