Balance Health and Performance is seeking an experienced Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our Norwest HQ. You’ll greet patients, manage diaries, and handle front-desk duties to keep clinicians’ days running smoothly.

Based in Norwest NSW with travel to Belrose and Alexandria as needed, this full-time role offers 38 hours per week, a starting salary of AU$70,000 plus super, and ongoing training to support your growth within a growing Sydney-wide practice.

Competenze

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Familiar with patient-facing environments
• Interest in allied health settings

Mansioni

• Welcoming patients in person and over the phone and making every interaction feel personal
• Managing clinician diaries, bookings, rescheduling and waitlists to keep schedules full and flowing
• Processing payments, health fund claims and invoicing, including workers compensation and CTP accounts
• Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and SMS
• Keeping patient records accurate and supporting our clinical admin workflows
• Working alongside our clinicians and management on day-to-day clinic operations
• Supporting our Belrose and Alexandria clinics when coverage is needed
• Engaging in company initiatives, including training and team days
