Mpower Inc in Warrnambool, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Officer to support the client engagement and intake function. You will coordinate enquiries, referrals, intake, service matching, waitlists, service agreements and onboarding.
Working with our Disability and Accommodation Services and Therapy Services teams, you will help ensure people receive accurate information and a coordinated pathway from first enquiry to service commencement.

You will coordinate enquiries, referrals, intake, service matching, waitlists, service agreements and onboarding.
Working closely with our Disability and Accommodation Services and Therapy Services teams, you will help ensure people receive accurate information and a coordinated pathway from first enquiry to service commencement. You will also build referral relationships, support targeted marketing and community engagement activities, and proactively follow up suitable enquiries.
You will be an organised and confident worker who combines strong client service skills with a proactive approach to building relationships.
