About the role

Take the lead in delivering exceptional service. We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team full-time in Altona North, VIC. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across assigned contracts, build strong client relationships, lead workforce performance and ensure compliance—keeping services running smoothly and efficiently.

• A practical understanding of site compliance, quality assurance and service delivery standards.
• The ability to monitor KPIs, prepare clear reports and use operational information to identify improvements.
• A hands-on leadership style, with experience coaching and mentoring teams and supporting recruitment and workforce development.
• Sound judgement when responding to incidents, resolving issues and escalating matters appropriately.
• Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness, including the ability to support budgets and operational targets.
