Prima PMI, based in Melbourne, is seeking a motivated Client Coordinator to support our account management and operations teams. You'll nurture client relationships, coordinate projects and help deliver a seamless client experience.
No prior experience required; we value attitude, initiative and genuine desire to learn. You'll grow through hands-on exposure to major Australian and international brands, with real responsibility from day one.
At Prima PMI, we're more than a print manufacturer. We're the trusted production and fulfilment partner behind some of Australia's and the world's leading brands, helping bring millions of personalised products to life every year.
From greeting cards and photobooks to mugs, gifts and premium print products, we're passionate about delivering exceptional quality, innovation and customer service.
With our head office and production facility based in Melbourne, we're continuing to grow and are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn, confident communicating with people and looking to build genuine experience in client services and account management.
You don't need years of experience. We're looking for the right person, someone proactive, switched on, committed and keen to grow with us.
Working closely with our Account Management, Customer Service and Operations teams, you'll help look after a portfolio of customers and support the day-to-day delivery of an exceptional client experience.
You'll communicate directly with customers, help coordinate projects and product launches, follow up actions and enquiries, and work with teams across the business to make sure our customers receive the service they expect.
As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your responsibility. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, understand how their businesses operate and develop the skills required to manage accounts of your own.
If you're looking for an opportunity where you can learn quickly, take on real responsibility and build strong experience in client services and account management, we'd love to hear from you.
Communicating directly with customers and supporting their day-to-day needs.
Building positive and professional relationships with our clients.
Responding to customer enquiries and following actions through to completion.
Working with Customer Service, Production, Quality and other teams to resolve customer requests and challenges.
Supporting new product launches, projects and customer initiatives.
Preparing information and updates for customer meetings and account reviews.
Monitoring orders, service performance and customer requirements.
Helping identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Learning about our customers' businesses, products and future plans.
Supporting our Account Management team and progressively taking greater ownership of customer relationships.
Experience is great, but attitude is more important to us.
We're looking for someone who:
Is confident, friendly and professional when speaking with customers.
Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Is hungry to learn and genuinely wants to develop their career.
Takes ownership and follows things through.
Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Is comfortable asking questions and solving problems.
Enjoys working with people and building relationships.
Works well as part of a team.
Has strong attention to detail.
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or an office environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
You may already have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or another client-facing environment and be looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a professional, commercial setting.
What matters most is that you're keen, capable and committed.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day doing basic admin.
You'll be exposed to real customers, recognised brands and the day-to-day workings of a fast-moving manufacturing and fulfilment business. We'll give you the opportunity to learn, take on responsibility and develop your career as your capability grows.
We offer:
A full-time opportunity with genuine career development.
Hands-on experience working with major Australian and international brands.
Genuine exposure to client and account management.
Training, support and opportunities to take on greater responsibility.
A supportive and collaborative team environment.
Genuine variety, with no two days the same.
The opportunity to contribute ideas and make an impact.
Industry-leading parental leave to support you and your family.
Access to our novated leasing program.
Monthly catered all-hands meetings to keep everyone connected and informed.
Regular team events and celebrations throughout the year.
