In this important role as a Client Coordinator at mecwacare, you will be a key member of the Client Service Centre, providing a welcoming and supportive first point of contact for new and prospective clients, their families and referral partners. You will manage inbound enquiries and proactively follow up prospective clients, guiding them through their care journey from initial enquiry and assessment through to onboarding and service commencement. Working closely with operational teams, you will provide accurate information about services, eligibility, funding and care options, coordinate client intake and handovers, and build strong relationships with referral partners. You will also contribute to organisational growth while ensuring every client receives a positive, seamless and person-centred experience.

You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building trusted relationships and providing clear and accurate information in a professional and supportive manner. You will bring experience in customer service and ideally aged care, community services, health or a related sector, along with strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills.
