Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office. This full-time, on-site role supports clients, carers, and Case Managers to deliver compassionate care.

You will manage staff rostering, coordinate services, and provide on-call support to ensure continuity of care. A bilingual background (Greek) is a plus, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Bilingual languages are a major plus, especially Greek.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling to ensure shifts are covered.
• Build relationships with clients and families to deliver high-quality support.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating roster to manage urgent changes.
• Support, mentor, and train staff, encouraging professional growth.
• Work with clients, carers and Case Managers to achieve care goals.
• Assist with NDIS and aged care coordination, including service delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate client services and resources, including maintenance and clinical products.
• Contribute to office operations, record management and administration.
