Job summary

My Guardian is seeking a dedicated front-line coordinator to join our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on rostering, client relations, and care coordination across NDIS and aged care services.

You will work closely with clients, families, carers, and Case Managers to deliver compassionate, high-quality support and maintain smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High level of organisational skills.
• Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly.
• Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling to ensure shifts are covered.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families, delivering high-quality, customer-focused support.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating roster to manage urgent shift changes and continuity of care.
• Work with clients, carers, and Case Managers to achieve individual care goals.
• Assist with NDIS and aged care program coordination, including service delivery, budget reviews, and compliance.
• Coordinate client-related services and resources including maintenance and clinical products.
• Contribute to smooth office operations, including stakeholder communication, record management, and administration.
