Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are effectively covered and services run smoothly.
Build strong relationships with clients and families, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused support experience.
Provide on-call support on a rotating roster to manage urgent shift changes and ensure continuity of care.
Work closely with clients, carers, and Case Managers to help achieve individual care goals and outcomes.
Assist with NDIS and aged care program coordination, including service delivery, budget reviews, and compliance.
Coordinate client-related services and resources, including maintenance, clinical products, and other support needs.
Contribute to smooth office operations, including stakeholder communication, record management, and general administration.

High level of organisational skills
Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly
Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
