Neurosensory in Sydney's Pymble clinic is seeking a friendly, organised Client Care Representative to join our growing team. You will be the welcoming face of the clinic, assisting clients on their hearing health journey and delivering warm, practical support from day one.

This permanent part-time role runs Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, offering great work-life balance and the opportunity to develop a long-term career in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients to the clinic and support their hearing health journey.
• Coordinate clinic operations and front-desk tasks.
• Assist with patient intake and scheduling during training period.
