Job summary

Neurosensory is seeking a Client Care Representative to support our Wahroonga clinic and Sydney network of hearing clinics. You’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, assisting clients on their hearing health journey and working with a supportive team.

Training is provided and the role offers a healthy work-life balance. This permanent part-time position runs Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with long weekends each week as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience.
• Demonstrated experience working within a team environment.
• Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the appointment schedule for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling.
• Greet clients and update client records.
• Assist with client and doctor enquiries.
• Answer clinic phone calls and emails.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices.
• Accurate billing of appointments.
• Other general office duties.

We're seeking a Client Care / Admin Representative to provide additional support for our Wahroonga clinic and across our Sydney network of hearing clinics.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, supporting clients on their hearing health journey as part of a supportive team, with full training provided.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
